Preview status

Mind2Skin may be offered as a beta or preview service. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed without notice.

Not professional or medical advice

Mind2Skin does not provide medical, legal, or professional tattoo advice. Users are responsible for discussing health, safety, design suitability, placement, aftercare, and eligibility directly with a qualified tattoo professional.

Artist independence

Participating artists are independent professionals. Mind2Skin does not control an artist's services, pricing, availability, licensing, sanitation practices, final designs, or performance.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain account security.
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not upload infringing, harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Mind2Skin branding, software, website content, and related materials are owned by Sandiver Publishing LLC or its licensors.

Payments

Any payment features shown during preview testing may be non-functional. Additional payment terms may apply when live processing is introduced.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandiver Publishing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Mind2Skin.
