Information we collect
Depending on how you use Mind2Skin, we may collect account information, contact details, profile information, tattoo concept preferences, appointment requests, app usage information, device information, and communications you send to us.
Beta waitlist information
If you join the Mind2Skin beta waitlist, we collect the information you submit through the form, including your name, email address, whether you identify as a tattoo client or tattoo artist, your selected mobile platform (iPhone or Android), and your consent to receive communications about beta testing and product updates.
We use this information to review beta participation requests, identify suitable testers, contact selected participants, communicate about beta availability, and improve the Mind2Skin client and artist experience based on testing feedback.
Waitlist submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree, our third-party form service provider. Formspree may process the submitted information as necessary to receive, store, and deliver form submissions.
How we use information
- Provide and improve the Mind2Skin experience.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Support tattoo concept, artist matching, and appointment workflows.
- Respond to support, beta access, and partnership requests.
- Protect the security and integrity of the service.
Service providers
Mind2Skin may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database services, analytics, email routing, app distribution, and related infrastructure.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, participating tattoo artists when necessary to support a request, or when required by law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain account information by contacting us.
Children's privacy
Mind2Skin is not intended for children under 13. Users must also meet any higher age requirements that apply in their jurisdiction or for tattoo-related services.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
